At Istanbul Katz, caring for cats in need is an integral part of who we are. Alongside our work in the restaurant, we actively support trusted rescue organisations in Turkey that provide care, shelter, and long-term support for cats.
We currently work with Kurtaran Ev Animal Shelter, a well-established and reliable animal shelter based in Istanbul. Kurtaran Ev is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, and is widely respected for its transparent approach, hands-on care, and long-standing commitment to animal welfare.
Through this partnership, we ensure that the support generated through Istanbul Katz reaches cats who genuinely need medical treatment, ongoing care, and a safe place to recover and thrive.
